The mind and hands behind SFL: first, original, authentic. It all started with Yakov, he created the method, and you learn it directly from its source.
Good to know
They are built for practicing professionals in beauty and wellness: estheticians, massage therapists, spa practitioners and medical professionals. Basic knowledge of facial anatomy is recommended. Beginners usually start with Level 1, which builds the foundation from the very first movement.
It is the same method and the same author. At the seminar you get hands-on correction in a small group; in the video course you get the full protocol filmed step by step, and you can rewind and repeat every movement as many times as you need.
A complete video course you work through at your own pace. Level 1 is 9 lessons covering the 32 core movements and includes a certificate. Pulse Lifting is 17 lessons. Level 2 builds on Level 1 with advanced sequences.
Level 1 is available in six languages: English, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian and German. Level 2, Pulse Lifting and the neck and shoulders course are available in English and Russian.
Start with SFL Level 1, it is the foundation the other programs build on. Pulse Lifting can be added at any point to strengthen the work you already do, and the neck and shoulders course by Oleg Bochkarev pairs naturally with facial work.
